We have three contenders so far...

Akali: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/954437-league-of-legends/faqs/65666
Annie: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/954437-league-of-legends/faqs/65663
Ashe: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/954437-league-of-legends/faqs/65662

Just going by what I've learned from the board so far, it looks like the Ashe FAQ is missing lane matchup information and would need to update with that for the bounty. What about the other two? Is the information correct, relevant, and thorough? By that I mean you could read the guide then play the character and do a decent job.

Sigh, no one is going to read those guides in that format by those authors (nothing personal against the people who wrote them.) I don't understand why you're so set on carrying through with this when the community flat out told you this idea was not going to work.

You write guides because you love video games.

I like how the Annie FAQ starts by the guy boasting about being average. He also fails to answer what I feel is the most critical element of playing Annie at all: balancing saving your stun and casting spells - while he does say "save your spells, use your autoattacks", this doesn't seem exactly plausible against any mid with more range or mobility (which is, honestly, most of them). Matchup section is missing the lately very common AD mids like Kha'zix, Lee Sin, Pantheon and Wukong.
He also loves stating the obvious, but I guess that's not really a fault in an FAQ.

So go write one for a website that actually caters to that purpose. Your efforts are wasted here.

The community said we can't compete with LoL-specific sites. We aren't trying to. We have a large number of people who come to our site and view our FAQ page on a daily basis. Before today, we didn't have anything more recent than 2011 for them to look at. Now we do. You underestimate who will and won't read "that format". After all, it's 2013 and we're still here. :)

If you aren't trying to compete, get out of the game son.

You also have the problem of the game constantly changing, with patches every week and new champs coming out every month or so. You would honestly need a wiki style page for each champion for it to be effective, since all of these FAQs written this week could be out of date next month. If anything, I would just throw a couple mods/admins in charge of monitoring the changes to the FAQs to make sure vandalism is taken down. You could even make people log in to make edits, and you could mod accordingly to their changes if need be.

But a text format is not going to work. It will turn into the current old guides in a month or two, and most people wont be bothered to keep updating it.

Condescending much? I wasn't "boasting about being average", I was stating my credentials.

If I'm "stating the obvious", you probably don't need a guide.

I included Pantheon, located alphabetically where it would be, between Morgana and Ryze.
I'll assume you were Ctrl+F'ing, so I'll update it to have his actual name.
*MANTHEON*
Only trade when your stun is up. Use your 625 range auto to farm.
He hits harder than you do, so press E when he comes walkin' at you, stun him
with Q/W, and walk away.

I did not include Kha, Lee, or WuKong, because I haven't played Annie against them yet.

Finally, I spent hours writing this guide with zero expectation of reward or recognition (Unless I win the amazon card, then I get a staggering two dollars an hour for my work). I wrote it because I like Annie, and because I've written other guides on this site for fun. If you think it's so bad, by all means, write one yourself and do better.
