Jax can post level 6.

Darius definitely can but it's up in the air.

Jayce can kite him pretty well, so I would say yes.

I find Garen really easy to take down with Fiora. Not sure why.

Darius and Garen kinda go even really.

Talon has no chance.

Fiora wants to counter his Q. Unfortunately Garen can just stack armor and nullify a lot of her damage.

Do yourself a favour and use Elise against him.

I do use her quite often, but I need to rotate at least between some champs or I get bored.

I do the same. It's just that it seems Elise is an anti-bruiser and can poke harder than the ranged/melee champs that go top, so she's a safe pick to beat almost every top.

Probably because a good Fiora is bothered by his spin and silence not at all.
