I know why NA lags behind Asia

americans spend time on a video game: oh look at that glorious dedication, such hard workers

asians spend the same amount of time on a video game: they are such nerds it is their lives to them

It is indeed a cultural difference. Not just in effort but innovation.

America takes things already made and tries to improve them, cutting out as much work as possible.

Like cars, nukes, internet, etc

Cars improved transportation, but they didn't invent it.
Nukes improved warfare, but they didn't invent it.
The internet improved computers, but they didn't invent it.

While technically not the first car, the car of what we know and think of today, yes.

You are wrong.

No I'm right.

Cars improved transportation, but they didn't invent transportation.
Nukes improved warfare, but they didn't invent warfare.
The internet improved computers, but Okay I guess we did invent computers.

The internet improved communication, but we didn't invent communication.

The point is we aren't the greatest innovators. We haven't been in ages. Most of our innovations are like OP said, to make something easier to do that we can already do. Facebook was created to keep up with your friends, but honestly most of what I use facebook for I could do, and did for years, with a phone and by actually asking people what was going on when we saw each other.

Also, never said Asians invented wars. I believe that somewhere in this thread someone said NA lags behind the rest of the world. Which includes Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and Antarctica. Stop putting words in my mouth.

Americans have sucked at every multiplayer video game, e4ver. It's a fact.

They're pretty dominant at shooters.

This is the second user today who has gone on a racist tirade. They're either coming out of the woodwork...or accounts are at risk.

Cause NA like to play easy game. Asian gamer complaint that most game are now too easy, while NA player will ask for easy mode for hard game.

It is a team game. The team that works together wins together. I don't think it has anything to do with a culture/race. Pretty sure the team that wants it more and truely dedicates themselves will win.

It's not about the quantity of training, it's about the quality of it. You know what they say, "work smarter, not harder" or whatever.

Yeah, Tim Berners-Lee is credited for inventing the Internet, and he's English, not American.
