Besides Garen and Katarina, which heroes don't use mana or energy?

I like the idea of using heroes that work off of just cooldowns, anyone know which other heroes work like that?

Good: Skyrim, Blizzard games, Star Oceans, Final Fantasy 4-10, Resident Evil 1-6, KoA: Reckoning, Mass Effect
Bad: FF 11+, movie games, 1st person shooters

If you want to be technical, Renekton, Shyvana, and Tryndamere.

There's fury but it's basically cooldowns with red food coloring.

Mordekaiser uses a small amount of hp, but not health or energy. Same with mundo

Being realistic, Eve only uses cooldowns. Her passive is ridiculous.

Also Nidalee and Elise when transformed.

While they don't use mana or energy, they do use HP to cast their spells, although aside from the first few levels it soon becomes an afterthought.

Mundo
Vladimir
Mordekaiser

These ones use Fury or a similar form of it.

Shyvana
Tryndamere
Renekton

Rengar uses Ferocity, which is pretty much resourceless with a bonus.
