I like this on champs like Olaf cause it is easier to run down enemies trying to escape thanks to the slow it applies.

I like the HP Frozen Mallet gives, but is this necessary on GP. His attacks already apply a slowing effect to begin with.

In place of this item, what would you recommend

Iceborn Gauntlet is the only acceptable answer. Your Qs are just silly.
