So, I was just in champ select, all other lanes/champs were picked, only spots open were top and jungle. Player A picks Darius while player B calls top in the chat not having picked a champ, both happened simultaneously. Player B immediately starts complaining about having called top first, still having not picked anyone, and player A is like too bad you didn't even pick anyone so it doesn't count. For what it's worth the Darius wasn't locked in.

This went down with like 15 secs to go in champ select, and player B kept on crying the whole time, never picked a champ and wound up getting auto picked to Kass. I wound up dodging because I didn't want to deal with this nonsense, so the outcome of the game is irrelevant.

I'm wondering who people think was in the right here.

Picking a champ that is a obvious top is the same as calling top to me. Considering they both called at the same time they would have to settle their differences with a bare-knuckle brawl to the death.

Both were being a total baby about it and both should have offered to play something else.

No one was 'wrong' since this isnt a black and white, right or wrong situation.

IMHO, in blind pick this is how it goes.

If you call a role first before the other person, its your slot regardless of whether you had a champion picked first or not.

If you call role first without picking a champ for it, but someone else called it, probably best to let them have it.

If you called first but someone else picked first, it goes to the person that called it. Vice versa, if you picked first but didn't call it before someone called it, it's their lane.

In all situations, if someone calls AND picks first, its their lane, screw off.

I just default to jungling. No matter what champion I am.
Yes, I changed my sig.. Why was I still acting like I care about that game anyway?

I don;'t get this logic

picking Darius and calling top are the same thing, so why does one gt priority?
