I'm not sure they'll ever make a champ based off of it, but paintball ezreal would be pretty legit.

Jax now has a paintball skin

He use paintballs on the floor to do his leap
whenever he uses counter strike his weapon throw paintballs at all directions
the empower will just paint an enemy
ultimate is the final paintball legacy of paintballs balls balls paintballs.

R - Paintball Returns: Inevitably Paintball will be banned from the game/board/club/school/workplace/etc., that he is a participant in. After 5 seconds of stasis Paintball will make a new account with some dumb lame username and return gaining 30 AD, 30 AP and 69% crit chance for 2 hours.


I think every 2 minutes he should gain stacks of "not banned", giving him bonus attributes. The check in every 2 minutes can be failed and the ultimate activates by itself, costing no mana or cooldown.
