Early MR, ie: two negatron cloaks, build into Abyssal and Mercs if needed.

Two cloth armor. Ninja Tabi and Randuins off the top of my head.

How to beat Akali? Use lee sin, no skill required. Laugh as you deal as much damage as she does, but 100% tankier and bubble useless lol.

I don't know when people are gonna realize that lee doesn't counter a half decent Akali.
