Absolutely nothing. Completely useless. It doesn't give you any stats or skills or anything.

There should totally be cosmetic items.

That way if I'm ADC and I get a double kill during an invasion, I can b and return to lane with a sickass twinkling effect from the shiny gold ring I bought.
