anyone who actually binds QWER to smart-casting is bad

shift to smart-cast suffices fine. when you're actually trying to land fickle skillshots you're going to need to see the trajectory and range

even froggen who is praised for his anivia mechanics doesn't smart-cast flash frost

What? If you turn your smartcast range indicators on, and you HOLD the key you can *gasp*....see the trajectory and range.

you have less control over it. + this is really just a moot point in the first place since if you use indicators you also have 2 steps ( press key->control skillshot->release key) so it really isn't any better than not smartcasting

how do you have less control? and negative edging is a lot better than pressing down two buttons.

Using Shift or Altering your bindings for Blitz Rocket Grabs or what have you is fine. Calling people bad for binding QWER to all smartcast is overboard, especially if they are used to their characters/ranges/play better because of it.
