honestly, picking a adc w/o an escape is basically saying you like to die.
Competent ADCs all take cleanse flash, what are you going to do when those are down? Assuming you have enough reaction time to even use them?
Positioning is EVERYTHING on a adc. Youre gimping yourself by playing one with no escape.
Ez / cait / vayne / corki all have some sort of escape.

You honestly have zero idea what you're talking about.
Miss Fortune is one of strongest if not the strongest adc pick right now and she doesn't have an escape.
You don't die if you're even halfway decent at positioning as Ashe, I'm sorry you can only play characters with get out of jail free cards.
Also, picking Ashe allows you to take more damage in other lanes without completely gimping your team comp while still doing damage because she's an adc and that is what they do.
Her laning is extremely safe despite not having an escape thanks to a slow, free harass with W, and bush checking with E. Once she hits 6 it becomes even safer. She even has pretty decent kill potential by just poking the **** out of your lane opponent and then engaging at 6 for a free kill.
Learn to play kid.
