I personally love Nami. Even before they buffed the tidal wave speed, you could throw it out in the middle of a team fight and this actually gives you time to aim your Q so can land it on multiple people. Keep someone E'd whenever you can, throw your heal out, and turn on your locket of the iron solari. Also, Q has a pretty low cooldown so you're definitely throwing it out twice during a team fight.

Her heal sucks her aoe stun is ok but not garenteed (pun) also a good ult. But she is the weakest of the supports and with ali's buff i see no reason to stop playing him or taric for her.
