I feel like you'd like W or E for a hard lane and Q first for the easy lanes.

Though W has been nerfed, its still free defensive stats and a heal

gains in q aren't worth as much, w is still free defensive stats for trades(and wave clear), E for sicker slows and pokes

It has low cooldown and nice damage and doesn't have to put you in dangerous situations for trades. Also helps jungler ganks.
