How come Olaf hasn't been nerfed yet?

340 true damage on a 5 second cooldown and an ult where you can't do anything to him.

You can do damage to him during his ult. It's an ult that asks you to burst him down before he uses his anti cc to do something.

His true damage is nice, but the longer the game goes, the flatness of 340 damage stays pretty flat compared to 340 attack damage per hit on AD champs.

I think you've got this backwards. The longer the game goes on, the more often he does 340 true damage until you hit the CDR cap while being completely unable to die.

Don't think he has faced an olaf with 40% cdr and 5k health. I build olaf this way all the time and there is pretty much nothing stopping me from killing the carry.

and even if I don't kill the carry it was because I was focused, This means our Carry has killed half their team.
