Heimer literally just needs that 3rd turret back in some way. The buzz of playing a siege caster with 3 turrets that could effectively build an efficient kill zone with 3 turrets strategically positioned around the lane with you maniacally running around throwing stuns, chunking turrets with grenades and having to scarper like a madman to escape after all the mayhem was severely diminished by the removal of the ability to damage turrets with grenades and then taking away effectively almost 1/5th of his overall potential dps imo.
It's just a shell of a champ really. Hollowed out and raped by the fun police.
Returning to 1/1/2/2/3 turret capability would be ideal.
If they're not going to do that. The AP Scaling could use a buff.
If they're not going to do that. The E's stun radius could use a buff.
