Reign of Gaming has the worst layout for the nerfs/buffs. It's ugly and inefficient

I know, I read the disclaimer, but if this is true I won't feel so bad for rushing Sightstones on my junglers any more :D

Health bonus going up AND gold cost going down as all the other health items are becoming more expensive / less potent? Sign me ups.

Sightstone, DFG, and Zhonya's buffs, what. That's maddening.

And what hell is Fiendish Codex going to build out of if it doesn't give mana regen anymore.
