Hexdrinker (against AP only. Otherwise skip it or build it later)
Brutalizer
BT
BC
Last Whisper
situational (usually tanky items such as Randuin's and Warmog's)
Throw Tabi/Merc's somewhere in there depending on how much you need them. If your team lacks a tank, go tanky after Hexdrinker and/or Brut and skip BT/BC/LW until you become tanky enough.
