Seems like even if you put him top he could do well. Basically feed the jungler a lane with all that CC. Combined with ranged AA (somewhat ranged) he can probably sit and farm while collecting souls, then pull the jungler in for a gank.

Does Dark passage work with like a Skarner ult? It would just be insane if Skarner was able to dive from half way across them map and pull then get pulled all the way back to his teammates with a person in-toe.

It used to. But they fixed it. Was pretty fun while it worked. Also worked with Blitz grab

So he gains stats from enemies that die, even if he doesn't kill them? Sounds pretty awesome for a support.

I hope at least people watching the spotlight use the lanturn more. I've been playing him on pbe for about a week now and every time I throw the lanturn to either save someone or help them get to lane faster, they just ignore it =\

RP cost the same i'm pretty sure. Just the IP is more. They're gonna reduce a lot of champion's IP so it's so so.
