actually, the champ spotlight just came out so i think in a day or two Thresh will be released and Yorick will be getting a reduction

I couldn't find the Riot Post that said they were lowering Yorick's cost. Saw it a few days ago. Maybe get maokai maybe.. he seems to have risen in popularity since pro's started using him lol.

Champs usually come out later in the night when the spotlight goes up.
