Is stacking cleavers still viable? I just got a penta and 20+ kills building recommended items. I always start building into cleaver, and only build into IE if I'm getting fed enough. Otherwise I'll start with more defensive items.

actually works really well for at least 2, heartseeker shreds their armor down almost completely
