10 worst skins?

I didn't put color swaps because kennen would be 2 up there as would many chars.

These are the worst in that they try to add something but just failed.

Or.....MAYBE, just maybe, they came from a time when riot was not as big of a company as it is today and pretty much all skins were just recolors.

I remember when gentle Cho first game out and everyone flipped their **** that something was actually worth spending money on.
