Shyv. Because out of those three only she can use a sightstone to make the other team's jungler cry.

Other than that, I'd have voted Naut.

Far and away naut. He brings so much cc to the table and late game tankiness is downright absurd. Early game ganks are impossible to get away from once you learn to consistently land q and his jungle has gotten quite secure and sustainable in early levels. His first clear is miles ahead of sej's. Shyv just got kicked in the daddy bags (if you know what I mean) by the new jungle and sej still can't compare to naut. Believe me, naut is far worth it.
