Now i'm no expert at this game, but is flash not on a 5 minute CD? Thats fairly hefty to complain about something that happens at most once every 5 minutes

Yes. Now to tell you that you're wrong.

If everyone has a blink, which pretty much everyone does anymore, they have some kind of gap closer, then all of the sudden Ashe, MF, Sivir, Varus, Kog, Draven, and all supports except Leona become useless. AP Casters are even more useless than they are now. LeBonk is still viable, Kass is still viable, but name another. This game officially becomes the league of bruisers.

Flash encourages active gameplay.

Also, it's not a fraction as annoying as it used to be. Riot has completely addressed the problem.

Nah flash should be gone, the idea that it'd break champs is silly because if EVERYONE already uses flash then its benefits are nullified, they should either remove it or make it a passive on everyone ALA recall

Also WAHHHHH you cant change the meta!

everyone can use it. That is why it shouldn' be removed. Removing it would destroy many champs, and incredible buff others.

Problem is people suck at this game because people get caught and killed while still having flash or not flashing correctly.
