At max level ezrael could theoretically "flash" 40 times for every one time someone with flash can, the argument that it'd break the game is bunk.
I'd say it is more about having that repositioning skill just once for a major teamfight, where a few seconds of action can decide the game. If you literally have zero mobility in a teamfight then it really hurts what you can try and do.
Yea but if you remove flash you can have much more dynamic options for the team fights.
To achieve the repositioning effect or the staying power effect you can use exauhst, ghost, barrier, or heal.
To me thats much more exciting and an interesting twist on the game play then flash is.
Summoner spells should add a personal flavor to what each player wants to do with a character. It shouldn't be flash+Ignite all the time
