Of course the one ADC that does % max HP damage in the League of Warmogs is going to be good. Which is why every single game I've seen the enemy jungler camps the **** out of Vayne so she cannot carry.

I bought Vayne when she was 6,300 IP. I still think she should be that price.

Also I lol'd @ SILVER OF THE MOOOOOON. That's the quote I like getting when putting a point in Silver Bolts.
