I like it on him. I've always built it, and when Rammus has been played in tourney's they've built wriggles.

I built tanky AD (atmas+wits and buy every giants belt item)

End game with maybe 250 AD, and a bunch of attack speed whilst being nearly unkillable.

Rammus needs flash though, so revive is silly.
