You try to claim Sejuani has bad ganks when Shyvana can't gank at all, which is beyond amusing.

And you've obviously never played Sejuani because with Liandrys and Sunfire Cape Sejuani does beast damage.
At that cost, any champ can do equal damage. Mundo can benefit greater from that combo anyway.
Her ganks aren't bad post 6 either, she has a cap closer and 2 slows. L2P
Early wards stop those kind of ganks completely. You either have ranged CC or you can clear/farm really fast. Like Udyr, she suffers from the fact that anyone can start with a ward now. She requires you to land your charge to make full use, and if you properly ward, it's not a problem at all. Maybe in low elo games where Udyr and Rammus are frequently used, she's a lot better. But that isn't the case. Why do you think Mummy has been showing up more often as of late?
