Wtf is a 'Jungle Tax'?
Just take his jungle creeps in return if you are so worked up about it.
you made his gank fail. he needs the money and experience to make it up.

just wondering something
Drives me nuts when people don't get this. Also, I'd say in my last three games in a row someone's complained about "stealing their farm" when someone else was in their lane last-hitting under tower when no one else was nearby. Better to let someone else get the farm than the tower...
I mean, I see the difference between nabbing minions that I clearly won't get before I make it to lane if I recall, but when I'm sitting there last hitting and you dump your abilities to get some too, that's just eh.
I've had games where I farm the jungle so much inbetween ganks that I usually lead in cs myself. Why bother taking some from lanes unless the above situation is present, pushing lanes to tower intentionally, or just to nab that next level or small coin when just a bit off?
Oh, and the farming wraiths thing? I've done that before. I had an Amumu tell me that he's not ganking for me ever and that he was reporting me. I was like....'what.'

Then you had a terrible jungler, i almost never touch my gollems and leave it to my top/bot. After i reach 4, the wraiths are for mid.
I usually do the jungle tax thing when i'm 2 or 3 creeps away from leveling up or when my laner can't last hit. I've had a top jax have 9 cs in 11 minutes.
The only time I Lane Tax is when we have a guaranteed gank that will result in a kill but instead leads the enemy to escaping.
I'll elaborate, I played a match as Hecarim earlier and i wanted to gank mid, where my teammate was Ryze and the enemy was Veigar. I grabbed red and told Ryze that I'll be at mid in 30 seconds to gank. I went to the bush and pinged Veigar and went in. Ryze never attempted to help even though he was within range of Veigar to snare and burst down. I took Veigar down to 100 hp before i had to back off him and his turret. I told Ryze that I was going to take some cs from his lane because he just blew a perfect chance to get an easy kill if all he did was use one spell on Veigar.
So Ryze freaked out for me taking his farm and said in All chat to report me for stealing his farm. I said in all chat that it was his fault for not paying attention and the Veigar actually agreed with me that it was an easy kill and he was lucky to escape.
TL:DR Only take a lane tax if you deserve it and not to be rude.

If I gank and I get an assist, I'm taking some of your creeps as payment, because an assist isn't worth leaving the jungle.

I never have any problems with being taxed. If they come in and use their summoners to try to get the kill but it ultimately fails. I ask them to stay and help me push the lane really hard to reset the minions.
From: CrumpledPaper | #008i made you lose money and experience, so im gonna punish your attempts to make it up by taking even more gold and experience from you.
By the time the 2nd blue spawns, it "belongs to mid"....by 15 minutes he loses red. Mid usually spends a great deal of time stealing wraiths.
Junglers entitled to a little gold
I don't get why people freak out about jungle/gank taxes. Even if a gank fails, about 75% of the time you'll make your lane opponent back off for 10 or 15 seconds, thereby denying him a bit of exp and gold and letting your laner get ahead a bit.
Unless your laner is way behind, it seems perfectly reasonable to let the jungler have some gold, considering there's an opportunity cost to ganking and all.
