best champ for winning a 1v2 lane?

some 700 elo kids i know bet me that i couldnt beat them 1v2 top lane. which champ would be ideal for stomping them both?

I've held 2v1 with Gragas, Nasus, and Swain before, but it depends on who they pick.

I don't always 1v2, but when I do, I use Olaf.

olaf and cho are safe picks. someone with sustain and not terrible last hitting power, ideally

People with sustain, long range pokes, or just generally start out strong are good. I'd probably go Olaf, Cho, or Lee Sin.

Olaf's probably your best bet. Cho'gath also works, but would rather passively farm than engage before he has a few stacks on his ult.
