Best S@20 champs?

Who's a few champs who basically excel at making the enemy team surrender at 20?

I know Shaco and LeBlanc have a tendency to do this, but is there any others?

Renekton. He really falls off if you don't keep feeding him. If you do, there's no stopping him though.

Akali, Katarina, Kha'Zix...just assassins.

Nothing is more demoralizing than getting instakilled every time you try to do anything. Yes, CC and focus are good counters for an assassin, but most people will go "WTF!!!1" at being 100-0d and quit before trying to coordinate enough for that.
