Riot takes AP EZ into consideration.. what changes you want?

Now that Riot said in patch notes that AP EZ is also being hit with Ult nerf... they will fix that. What change you want for AP EZ in return.

Personally I want Mag Pen stacks per passive. Not only will they bring Ult Damage higher in teamfights to slightly better than pre nerf but also make his overall AP Maging more powerful.

Other thing they can do is make his W hit minions and base damage increased. Now AD EZ can't harass with it due to irregular farm pushing in bot and Mid laning AP EZ can both increase their farm capability and harass.

Arcane Shift's damage portion made more reliable/more powerful.

I want Arcane Shift to prioritize champs over minions if in range. Like seriously.

Ya I forgot that E prioritize on champs. Was gonna list it.

Would be awesome if EZ has 1 kind of passive if he has more Bonus AD and some other passive if EZ has more Bonus AP.

And maybe even if EZ has more bonus AP, his Mystic Shot is now magic damage with more AP Ratio. Thats why its.... Mystic... changes its nature depending on the kind of EZ.

Rising Force sounds like a ramp up ability... and it is, but why attack speed?

Like the Riot dev Ezreal said, make Rising Spell Force, his passive, also give % ability power on every stack up to 5 stacks. Like 3% per stack up to 15% or if that's op then 2.5% up to 12.5% or even 2% up to 10%, etc, just adjust depending on what would be fair.

I don't think they should have lowered the duration of rising spell force though, that's pretty bad. Just reducing it by 1 second isn't really gonna make him truly nerfed, it's just lowering the quality of life and making it hard to keep up stacks.
