Q doesnt prevent abilities.
Plus it depends on numbers, as I said. A long cooldown deny wont do a whole lot if it just makes you susceptible to an all-in while its on cooldown. Thats just one example.

He has disengage with E that similar to Cho'Gath's Rupture, sustain with his passive and escape with his W speed buff.
