Is bloodthirster worth it as a 1st item on ADC?

I couldn't help but notice BT's price went up by 200 gold. Before it seemed like a no brainer to just get it for a good balance of sustain and damage. Is it still the best first big item?

Get if you're ahead. Otherwise, it's kind of hard to farm.

Infinity Edge first is better.

200g is pretty insignificant. Some adc's are better for going IE first.

It depends what kind of ad carry you are. Some benefit a lot more from it than others. BT is better on Graves first than an IE due to the scaling on his skills.

That's also ~10 CS, which is more than one wave and possibly more than 2 depending on your last hitting skill (more likely 1 because of passivE gold)
