Streaming with laptop question.

I've been looking into getting a new laptop. Was wondering if people ever use laptops to stream, and how much it would cost to buy one that would be able to run League of Legends and stream it, preferably without having to use the lowest possible settings in game. Keep in mind that I know little to nothing about computers.

Why does it have to be a laptop? Not that it is any of my business really. But as I am sure you know, the price of a laptop that can do what you are asking is going to be considerably bloated as opposed to a desktop - that might even allow enough for a utility laptop afterwards.

I don't really have room for a desktop, for one thing. It would just be a lot more convenient for me to have something that I could easily move around.

hmm i have a laptop, runs this game at 60 fps

when i stream the game runs at 30 fps and often drops at 15 fps, REALLY annoying, but if you're dedicated it'll work
