What's the best 975 champ for my money?

Can't decide who to drop the RP on. I like a lot of them. Already own Kha and Elise. Mainly interested in one who isn't too difficult to play and can fill a couple different roles.

I would but I have it calculated to where I can buy a 975 and this cheap Kog skin and end up with a 0 balance. I hate having RP left over.

I have 5600 RP right now and I have been waiting for a couple of things to go on sale. But I'm going to spend some Tuesday even if what i want isn't on sale.

Well if you bought another champion on sale, you would have 1 rp left over which makes your balance seem less empty.
