Why are they giving so many skins to newer champions when champions like Skarner, Renekton, etc don't have that many?

Renekton has 4 skins. Two are straight ballin and the others aren't even that bad.

Also Skarner is getting a Battlecast skin soon so just wait.

I love that Jayce skin, I'm guessing the unique particles haven't been added yet though.

I wonder what that 'Equalise' teams' business is about?
