Yes, it's pretty much agreeable that Ohmwrecker got big buffs (the hp-mana regen, together with 50 ap that can be bought cheap), but I can't say it's now viable in competitive matches. Though granted, maybe I'm still not seeing the bigger picture of its effect to the overall item overhaul.

And I guess CDR glyphs are going to be valuable from now on. :O

Dropping 5% CDR pretty much across the board means there's less conflict between CDR items, I can understand the change (and with how weak MR is, dropping 10 AP from void staff is a good thing, man. Not like anyone actively itemizes for a ton of it anyway). Not to mention that in all the cases I can see on the list they gained other stats and became cheaper to purchase.

Not 100% sure what the Zeke's change is supposed to achieve.

Overall I give this a "Meh" out of 5.

hmm, the only thing i read is that it goes from 5% to 2%, sounds like a huge nerf to me.

Old, 5% over 3 sec for non dot, half duration for dot
new, flat 2% per sec

Same: double dmg on impaired.

Straight up buff in passive part and nerf on base ap it gives.

cdr nerf across the board, buff to FH so not everyone would pick icefist over it.
