I would have to say Eve... at least pre patch I mean if she is still fed and carrying I am positive she still will carry end game just as hard.

Mordekaiser with a good amount of magic pen or Caitlyn with a good amount of life steal and crit chance.

I second this. I managed to do this as eve after her second buff. They surrendered soon after.
