So what happened to liandry's lament? It's 2% current health damage 3 times now, before I don't even know what it was. It's like 5% over 3 seconds currently, kinda like how WW's ult is an amount of damage over 1.75 seconds, meaning it's a buff.
Or perhaps it's a 5% damage-each-hit DoT that lasted 3 seconds. I still don't know.

5% in 3s
to 2% per s = 6%to 12%
from 5% to 10%

iBlitz is probably considered a parody.

About the CDR nerf, so Zilean goes to 34% CDR with Athene's and Blue (and Sorcery). Is that really a big deal?

Edit: Forgot about the Iceborn nerf. It's finally not as good on Ez.
