Red Marks - Armor
Quints - Gold
Seals - Armor
Glyphs - MR Scaling

You should be drawing agro when you punch them in the face for free spells, not looking to do massive dmg. If your ADC is good max W first even after the nerfs. If they are not utilizing BB to the fullest you can max E first. Always keep the lane pushed, you'll be warding anyway so you won't get ganked and can easily back with the speed from BB. Pushing the lane helps because you are going to keep getting free spells(Don't be last hitting the minions though, still give them to ADC). Additionally you won't have to ward the bushes and it makes it more difficult for the enemy ADC to cs under tower(Although not that much more difficult).

Hope this helps^^

I've always maxed E first. But will get W at level 2. It isn't too useful because the ADC should be last hitting and not auto attacking...so they dont need blood boil necessarily. Later in the game it will be handy, but I like having a strong E to harass the enemy support/adc or to slow a champ when they're trying to gank and go after my ADC.

AS reds. More free mana and more damage.

maxing E first has it's benefits. Gotta depend on your adc and matchup.
