smite can now be dropped from 70sec down to 49sec (mastery plus spectral wraith)

and that ohmwrecker change i like.

debonair jayce is a day 1 buy

also I think the CDR nerfs are so you have to invest more into a CDR focused build in order to max CDR because they might have felt that as it was people were getting too much CDR too easily.

equalize option sounds pretty nice.

Still needs a votekick option in champ select and not losing LP if someone never connects

Ohmwrecker is just as worthless as it was before. Its only real hypothetical use is supports using it when ADC dives, since anyone else could just build health and tank the shots for that gold. That's never going to work in solo queue, you can already switch turret aggro for a shot or two without too much difficulty and I'd rather keep the gp10 for longer than attempt to rush that while its early enough in the game to still be relevant. Better stuff to buy thank you very much.

The CDR nerfs I'm not very happy about, especially considering the corresponding price changes. That's a loss of cost effectiveness, not just CDR. This ruins my support Zyra build where just Athene's gave max CDR and the mana to sustain the spamming it allowed.

Zeke's buff is really strange, its so incredibly situational that the CDR hardly matters. Its either the lifesteal is amazing for the team comp, or its not even vaguely worth a buy. I'm also probably the only person who's happy about the Eleisa's buff.

The new Liandry's mechanics are far more intuitive than the old description. You never actually got 5% current HP burn, but slightly less, because each tick would be slightly weaker than the last as HP dropped. Also with the description hinting there's no penalty for AoE or DoT spells, I'm rushing this on Swain if it goes through.

And for anyone interested in what it actually does now, after the DoT finishes the target will be left with (if Liandry's is the ONLY damage source)

0.98 * curHP = 0.941192 * curHP

Which is a bit less than the advertised 6% but more than old advertised 5%. It's about a 1% increase over the old mechanics, which gave less than 5% too.

Likewise while CCed they're left with 0.884736 * curHP.

Oooooooh, this makes so much sense now. I didn't understand the change at all, but it makes sense that Riot saw no top laner/jungler was using it, so they made it something supports could viably pick up.
