DO NOT TRY WITHOUT HIS RUNES/MASTERIES.
You WILL die. I managed to kill it with very similar runes/masteries (only have of the CDR glyphs, other half AP as I don't have enough IP). I cut it very close.
Anyway,
text version. Hybrid pen marks, Armor seals, CDR glyphs, AP Quints. I went with a 30/0/0 mastery page to do it with less runes, so I think this might work better than his page.
Machette->Wolves->Blue->Red->Put a box over dragon wall->recall->Spirit stone->tele to box->set up 5/6 boxes and aggro dragon->attack it from behind->kill dragon which gives level 4.
W->E->W->Q.
If you ask mid or bot lane for some help, then it's easy. Otherwise, you end quite low.
