according to Morello: "Be warned that we have done significant changes - but we've tried to balance the approach between new and legacy."

according to IronStylus: "We are NOT making her a stripper or ANYTHING CLOSE. I have made EXTRA SURE that visual rework efforts steered away from this trend. We are retaining classy and elegant. There might be a bit more skin but it's going to be damn tasteful."

this probably means:

* cleavage (duh)
* karma's dress now has leg slit (think ada wong)
* about 10 years younger (age is now similar to soraka's in appearance)
* lighter skin
* glowing eyes
* holes/windows in various parts of karma's outfit (see: syndra)
