Sorcs (as always situational) homeguards

Mogs
Abyssal/Froheart/sunfire cape/void staff (this is where I need help)

it's tough to get a good balance of defense and offense, im guessing I don't need the void staff but the cape improves my pushing power, and combined with abyssal could be a good mix of defense and offense. I've seen people recommending the heart, however, so I'm not sure what to do.

Should I get someone else on my team to get the froheart? Elise's CDs are low anyway..
