Athene's beyond useless after next patch hits?

So it's been nerfed over and over again, I haven't built it since Season 2 because of how bad it is and now they are nerfing it yet again? :|

Isn't it getting 10% more CDR at the cost of 10 less MR...? That's bad?

It still has really low AP and Morello's already gives more AP and 20% CDR

Perhaps it's to make a strong early game item (Chalice) have a trade-off in that its endgame item is not as strong?

Probably this. Athenes was already like a mini blue buff. It along with blue gave 35% cdr at 2800 g. With masteries, you already max cdr. That sounds pretty op.

That 60 AP cannot be justified for in the League of Warmog's.
