Bot lane - What if your supporter doesn't ward?

A related but worse problem is that I find the supports who don't ward are the supports who also farm minions.
Not just last-hitting, but constantly auto-attacking and pushing the lane.

Those aren't supports. I think the scientific term for them is "jerks" but I didn't check the updated list of "People Who Shouldn't Be Alive" so I might be wrong...

I refuse to buy wards if i see the ADC working on a Runaans huricane, what adc will get into a 1 vs 2 (or more fight).

Just happened to me in a game today. Literally bought more wards than our support as ADC. I repeatedly asked the team to pick up the slack, but they never did.

I'll never get out of Bronze at this rate.

I haven't read all the responses because, well, there's too many. I think that EVERYBODY on the team should ward AT LEAST once in a while. Never happens, but people would do so much better if it did.

That being said, the support should always have vision up around where the person they are supporting is farming. If they don't, ask them to (note: ask). If they still don't, you gotta choose between buying a ward or being an easy gank.

That's mighty uncooperative of you. Just because you disagree with a build choice doesn't mean you should sabotage the game. You may not like RH (crap, same letters as hydra...), but it has its uses and if someone likes it and it works for them, deal with it and still play your best. They're probably doing theirs.

Besides, certain champs make decent use of it. Again, maybe it's not considered optimal on the pro scene, but Cait and Varus make good use of it. Can't think of any others right now...Teemo, but I wouldn't ever call him an ADC.

Dunno why some people think Carries are supposed to never ward ever.

Because they shouldn't have to. If you have a support and you need to buy more than 1-2 wards early on in the game, then they have failed you as a support because the other carry is likely not having to buy them and will be ahead of you in gear. It's really that simple. Every other person in the game should be buying wards but not your AD carry.

If you have a good support, you shouldn't need to buy more than a ward or two early on during your first trip back (If your support can complete a gp10 that first or so back for whatever reason, grabbing that extra ward will let your lane be aggressive and safe from early ganks).

If you have a bad support, grab a ward for tri or river (blue side or purple side) and just afk farm until you can carry him later. If he feeds and you get zoned and all that, just don't worry about the game too much and farm what you can until it ends.
