1v1 fight no teammates, no minions, and no towers. Skill is allowed. Fighters only. No ranged "kiting" stuff. Straightup fighters. Assume its at the 60 minute mark on summoners rift and they have access to 25k gold, 300 cs.

No kiting etc. if you end up building to counter and play a straight up fight Jax will win. His kite is specifically made for a straight duel, you won't even need to buy items like Phage or Gunblade active to stick to the target since you are applying a no kiting. Even without a full build of items he should be able to beat half the people on the list >.<;;;
