How do you play/build Lee Sin late game?

I'm talking mainly at a Platinum level. I've seen time and again Lee Sin on enemy teams or even on my team that get off to phenomenal starts during the laning phase going 5-0, etc, but when the late game team fights occur (35+ min) I don't see them do very well.

Most assassins have this problem, they are forced to build tank instead of damage to survive so they don't do as much late game.

Get a (Ruby) Sightstone and ward jump behind people and kick them into your team. That and your E's slow are about all Lee Sin has to offer in teamfights.
