| A ****ton of champions would be broken, but most? Nasus could still be kited I guess, so his Q just being a melee attack removes him from the equation.
Without cooldown and built around it Vlad would pretty much be unkillable with the amount of health he'd be vamping..
1v1 Kass would completely counter everyone who isn't a pure auto attacker with perma-silence. I'm gonna go with vlad/kass.
Maybe Diana seeing as it would essentially mean she could spam R as well.
