Now the usual selections are generally support running Exhaust/Flash and adc running Flash/Situational (Ignite, Cleanse, Barrier, Heal). Been thinking about it randomly and why doesn't the adc take the Exhaust and the support take something like Heal or CV to further support his adc?

This allows the adc more self peel in late game teamfights and frees up the support in teamfights to provide some extra vision with CV if its a jungle fight or cast that Heal at a crucial moment.

This should only be used in select bot lanes of course. Sometimes your adc needs that Ignite for a kill lane Corki/Leona or sometimes that Cleanse is needed against that Ashe/Leona lane. Just food for thought.

Heal can get useless late game while exhaust is always good.
